Individual help towards less-stressful posture and movement. This is a learning method through which one can change in a conscious way inefficient body-mind patterns of use. Helen is an enthusiastic and sympathetic person as well as being an excellent teacher who explains principles of the Technique in a most helpful and practical manner.
