Simon Pow was recommended to us by the estate agent that we bought our flat from in Sidmouth - he was an inspired choice. The property needed a complete 'make-over'. A few weeks later we have a superb new kitchen, bathroom and ensuite - all expertly fitted by Simon and his team. As well as having totally transformed the bathrooms/kitchen, Simon decorated the flat throughout and it looks fantastic! Simon has done two jobs for my family. Last year he fitted a new kitchen for my mum who lives in Sidmouth. He did a superb job. The kitchen looks great and everything is finished to a very high standard. Mum thinks he is wonderful - she especially enjoyed the ceiling being plastered with Simon on springs!
Because the kitchen job was so good, I recently asked Simon to do a small job for me - tidying up, plastering and laying a hearth for a fireplace. Again, Simon (and Stuart) have done an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Simon and his colleague did some remedial work to a chimney and the result is most satisfactory. Everywhere was left clean and tidy afterwards. We would highly recommend these lovely people!

Simon and his team fitted a new kitchen at our property. Due to us having a family with young children Simon fitted the kitchen while we were away on our annual holiday. Simon was involved in the design and choice of finish a service that was appreciated and all part of the POW service. We were a little apprehensive leaving a builder to start and finish the job while we were not there but there was no need with Simon. We came home to a fantastic new kitchen (even had fruit in the fruit bowl) finished to the highest quality we could have expected and within budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending POW property maintenance for any job, i will certainly not be using another builder.

Simon has completed two jobs for me, and both have been done to the highest possible standard. He has been totally professional in his approach to the work, and is always ready to help with suggestions when required. After work each day the house is left spotless, and he always shows up on time for the following day's work. Both jobs were completed without 'breaks' to attend other work. Simon completely refurbished a kitchen, knocking through 2 rooms to make a large kitchen breakfast room. As the property was rented with tenants in situ he was considerate and made sure the site was left tidy everyday. Fabulous job completed, good finish and attention to detail. This is second job he has done for me and both times 100% reliable, good value for money.
