Ian arrived exactly when he said he would. He was prompt, quick (less than 10 minutes!), and explained what he was doing as he worked. He popped out my plastic bumper, with no need for touch-up paint, and had incredibly reasonable prices. I dread to think what I would have paid had I gone to a garage or dealer for this service.
