James Sommers, the owner, visited within a couple of days and gave us a detailed written estimate by return. The job was completed the week following our acceptance of the estimate. James accompanied his team to show exactly what needed doing. A very prompt and professional service. We are still waiting for the estimate from the other electrician we contacted!
