Needed a complete new bathroom refurbishment and saw RGT advertising his business. Very impressed with the quality of his work, the fact that he kept to his quote and completed all the work to a very high standard in the time frame specified. Very friendly, trustworthy and honest. We used Rich Turner first of all to mend a dripping tap, which he did quickly and professionally and being so happy with his work, we got him to fit our new bathroom. He was so good at listening to our needs and making suggestions based his experience. A thoroughly trustworthy person with great attention to detail and finishing touches. He arrived and finished the job exactly when he said he would. I 100% recommend him.

I called RGT (Rich Turner) - to do some small plumbing repairs. He was prompt and reliable, and completely up front about what was involved - and the cost (not much as it happened).
So, I invited Mr. Turner to finish a few other minor repairs (again all very prompt) reasonably priced and he left everything spotlessly clean. I fully intend to use RGT on other (significant) projects (bathroom refurbish). Frankly, when you meet a builder with his integrity - you could be forgiven for keeping him to yourself!
