The Salty Monk - Sidford nr Sidmouth
For spectacular service of contemporary English cuisine, dishes bursting with flavour and colour. A light, airy and spacious restaurant overlooking beautiful award winning gardens. The Holt
The Holt has a contemporary yet homely feel. An extra buzz comes from the vibrant open kitchen, preparing the regularly updated menu which includes homemade bread and home smoked foods. Combe House Hotel and Restaurant

Otterton Mill
Award winning restaurant and local food shop (selling only Devon produce!) Unique bakery making bread using on-site 1000 yr old mill. Also featuring the largest gallery and craft centre in East Devon, as well as a full programme of live music. Ample parking in glorious setting. Open every day, all year round. Perfect to escape for a day near the sea involving excellent food and a healthy walk.
The Hourglass in Exeter
Just off the Topsham Road, this wonderful small pub with authentic atmosphere, serving quality, interesting food from a manageable menu with regularly changing specials. Good local beers and wide selection of wines. Relaxed but often busy, so get there early or book a table in dining room in advance.
La Petite Maison in Topsham
La Petite Maison likes to bring a little of that Westcountry magic to their restaurant. Using the finest local produce their chef, Douglas Pestell, has created an award-winning menu of mouth-watering modern British cuisine. Friendly, efficient service and a warm Westcountry atmosphere.
