We used to have our Aga serviced by a larger firm. They had good engineers but Luke stood out a mile! He’s a nice chap, who turns up when he says he will. He’s very efficient, and takes pride in his work. He loves his Agas, and is cheaper than the larger suppliers now that he works for himself. He's serviced three times for us since going solo.
