Yet again an excellent job carried out by the Park Lane Team, they worked really hard putting up the fence. They will definitely be coming back for any more work we need doing.

Lee, Simon and their team have just finished taking out a 10m overgrown leylandii hedge and replacing it with a 10m fetheredge fence. This part of the job was completed in 3 day's and I am completely satisfied.

They were due back about three weeks later to remove a skip full of crazy paving and lay almost 100 600mmx600mm slabs in front of my property, this proved to be more of challenge than as first thought, due to a mixture of different levels.
Dean carried out the majority of the whole job and left me more than happy with the end result.

The price agreed was the price I paid even though extra materials were required to finish off the job.

Prior to each visit I received a phone call from Simon confirming that they would start work at the dates agreed.

As for Customer Service, I cannot fault them.

I would certainly recommend them and will be using them again next Spring.

I found this service via the 'Buy With Confidence' website, so I knew that I would receive a good service. I wasn't disappointed, Lee gave a quote then left me to think it over and get back to him. He and his tree surgeon arrived on time to complete the work which was to remove 3 trees and a very over grown leylandii. The guys worked hard in what turned out to be a very hot day. The work was completed and the area cleaned and tidied on completion. I couldn't be more pleased. In fact, Lee and team will be coming back to do some fencing in the very near future.

Park Lane landscaped the backgarden of my property. They were marvellous, they were helpful, thorough, hard working and completed the transformation of my garden in just under a week. Lee and his team worked extremely hard over four days to clear two unused parts of our nursery garden. The team cleared each area, finding many things which had been hidden for some time, such as an old brick shed, where they found many old and unusual things! All the bushes that were cut back were re-used in the area as mulch providing a safe surface for the children to walk on. Park lane garden services also dug a large hole where our new pond will be placed. This was a huge job and the team tackled it with ease, I was so impressed by how quickly they worked and completed the area.

Park Lane Services cut down a very large tree from my rear garden with my summer house below (which is our family pride and joy!) and I felt this was an impossible job to cut down and not damage the S-House. Lee visited to explain the process of work and completed the job in two days the team turned up when they said they would in a very tidy and safe manner. I can confirm the team took adequate precautions to not damage my s-house and I can confirm they did not damage it at all. I cannot praise Lee and his team enough they are very customer focused and professional, my 'customer experience` was excellent and I would and have recommend 'Park Lane Services` to all.

Our back garden was a very sad affair, our 2 dogs have dug their way to Australia and we were in despair! Lee came to see us and we agreed that we would have a makeover whilst we were away on holiday. Our patio was in a very sorry state with most of the cement filling missing and various plant life making their home between the slabs. Lee and his team worked throughout the day and when I came home from work the patio was like new. Cleaned and all cement renewed. They also managed to trim the hedges and strim the front verge. What impressed us most was that Lee will follow up his work in a few weeks when things have settled to make sure no further work on the patio is required.

Lee recently cleared our garden, re-paved and re-pointed the patio, levelled the garden and put gravel down and refenced the entire back fence for us. Our garden has been transformed!! Superb job, very reasonable rate, reliable and real attention to detail. A very large tree was removed for me in a very confined space with 2 timber buildings very close. Lee turned up when he said he would, did a very neat and tidy job cleaned up afterwards and removed all the waste. Even though the job was harder than at first thought he stood by his original quotation.
