I didn't think people like James still existed. He arrived on time, was cheerful,friendly and obviously loved his job. He was thorough and efficient and made good many errors which were historic without ever criticising the incompetence which preceded him!!! He was also very kind about our puppy chewing up his very expensive and nearly new boots.

Mr Brooks came in the late afternoon to look at the job after being phoned by us and returned the following day, at the time he said he would to do the job. The job entailed the rewiring of a shower, replacement isolator switch and RCB at the distribution board.
We found him and his apprentice to be both professional and efficient. We will be more than happy to make use of his services again.

Such a nice young man. He came exactly when he said he would, and did exactly what I wanted. He didn't like what he saw so checked all the points throughout my house, and detailed all his workmanship clearly on the reciept. I would't use anyone else, and have recommended him to my neighbour, too!
